Excellent service at a fair price!
I believe in providing an excellent service at a fair price. There may be other window washers willing to clean your windows at cut-rate or cheaper prices, but are they providing the same level of professional service?
Here are some things to look for, and to ask about when choosing a window washer:
Do they sweep or vacuum out your tracks? Will they wipe your inside window frames?
Most window washers will only clean the glass and give the sill a quick wipe.
Will they clean your screens with soap and water or just quickly brush them off?
It makes no sense to have clean glass and dirty screens.
Do they offer a No Spots if it Rains Guarantee?
Professionally cleaned windows really shouldn't spot the first time it rains!
If you should notice any spotting on your freshly cleaned windows, please don't be shy, give me a call.
I'll be happy to swing by and touch up any windows spotted by the rain within three days of my washing them.
Are they insured?
Things happen. You need to be fully protected in case of unforeseen situations.
Do they belong to a window cleaning trade association?

(Exterior only cleaning would be about 65% of the in and out price plus screen cleaning)
It's best to give me a call for a written estimate, so you'll know exactly what it would cost to clean the windows at your home, but I've outlined some general pricing information for standard window cleaning services below.
- One Standard Window Pane (inside and out) from $4.00
- Regular Double Hung Window (has two panes that open by sliding up and down) from $8.00
- Casement Window, with no screen (open by cranking a handle or pushing out) from $4.00
- French Doors & Windows with French Panes (A french door or window with 12 french panes) from $8.00
- Screens from $2.00 (Sometimes screens need a deep cleaning.) from $4.00
- Transoms (small pane of glass over door or window) from $2.00
- Patio Door or Large Casement Window from $6.00
- Skylights $16.00 +/-
- Picture Window from $8.00
- Excessive paint or mineral deposit removal would be priced separately.
- High inside ladder work priced separately. (Cathedral ceilings, entrance foyers, etc.).
